MG Concepts was asked to design and develop a complex with offices, work spaces, staff living and residential.
The residential house stands in the middle of two existing barns. Together with the existing barns, the new extension completes the U-form shape that is common for older homesteads within the region.
The existing barns will be renovated and used as stockbreeding, including a small butchery, with the one converted into a spa area with indoor pool, sauna and fitness.
